        1. Be sure to check out the popular Circle of Control poster. It’s a great visual showing that, in each situation, there are things we can control and things we cannot control. It helps children understand putting their energy into things they can control will help them arrive at solutions more effectively.

        2. Help your child look at the situation from a growth mindset perspective - it’s not fixed, it can be improved, and they do have the power to influence the situation. For suggestions and examples, view our My Growth Mindset Statements printable (part of our Growth Mindset Printables Kit)

        3. Our Gratitude and Mindfulness Kit PDF showcases fun and engaging activities including Mindful Brain Breaks--perfect to use any time of the day.

        4. Check out the Podcast Activity Kit for Seasons 1 & 2. The kit includes engaging activities to boost self-esteem, teach the importance of learning from mistakes, encourage resilience and more!
