Great journal for young kids!
My nine-year-old received this for her birthday and loved it so much we gave it to a friend for her birthday as well. My daughter spent time every night, filling it out, and loved every minute of it. I love the intentionality of it, and I help it helps her to process her day. She’s a big emotion, kid, and it helped me also to understand when she shared with me what she wrote how her day actually went. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of this journal and the critical thinking creates for small children
Love this journal for nighttime use!
I love this nighttime practice with my 7-year-old! We are halfway through our first journal, and both of us are benefitting from the discussions that stem from the journaling prompts!
Big life Jornal ROCKS!
I have given a journal to each of my nurture students and they love them, it’s opened up many conversations, they love colouring the doodles - a mindful activity) and we have flourish time each day so they have time to write, reflect and process their emotions. They love them! Thank you for all you do to help me to help them P.S the posters are very eye catching - I used them to teach resilience, growth mindset and gratitude
Helping my child blossom
Bought this for kiddo… she was hesitant but I see her in morning breakfast time doodling and answering questions about herself. This book gives us parents such amazing insight and love seeing her answers about “herself”. Definitely helping her blossom and although intrinsically shy, she’s blossoming into a confident and cautiously bold, yet always kind and proper young human.
Great Buy!
My 7year old often has big feelings, which is lovely; but we needed to find a way to help her express them in a way that doesn't overwhelm her. This book has helped us both pause and be more thoughtful about how we express our feelings while also embracing positive self talk. My daughter will remind me that we have to leave a few minutes between bedtime routine and bedtime in order to complete her journal pages for that day.
